Jovelyn holds a bachelor’s degree for Civil Engineering with a total of five (5) years’ experience.  Three plus years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Estimating/Management.  Two plus years’ experience in Administrative Work, Value Engineering, Cost Estimating and AutoCAD Drafting.  She is a hard worker and skilled at problem solving.  She has a track record of being an essential part of the management team instrumental in providing effective solutions that produce immediate impact and contribute to the company’s success.
